Excuse me if none of this post makes any sense at all. Exhaustions has set in big time. The night before we left I got about 2 hours sleep and as I didn't get much sleep on the plane I think I worked out that in the last 60 hours I have had about 4 hours sleep.
We left Nowra on Friday afternoon to travel up to Sydney airport - Peak hour on a Friday - YUCK. Big thanks to Royce for driving us up. Then 14 1/2 hours later and 12338 km later we arrived in Dubai for a very short stopover - long enough to grab a drink and then go and check in for the next flight.
Then onto another plane for 7 hours and 5357km to land in London. We breezed through customs really quickly and were met our driver holding up our name at the arrivals hall. We drove to the place we are staying for the next 6 nights. LOVE IT!!! Yes if you were critical the lift is slow and the building layout slightly unorthodox bbut it is a lovely old house with so much character.
We explored Earls Court (the suburb we are staying in) and tried to battle our way through the exhaustion. It is now 6 o'clock and Tony and the kids have given up the battle and just hit their beds and I am trying to hold out a little bit longer.
Tally for today:
km travelled - about 18000!
steps taken - 11907
